With MBS marbling and Sir Harry’s signature orange-fed Wagyu program, these cubes carry a cleaner, subtly sweet beef profile with a gentle citrus lift that caramelises beautifully over high heat.

Cooking guide (simple + restaurant-style)
Best doneness: quick sear to medium-rare (locks in juiciness and highlights the natural orange-fed sweetness).
Grill / BBQ / Hotplate
- Bring cubes to near room temp (10–15 min), pat dry.
- Preheat grill or hotplate to high. Lightly oil the grill — not the meat.
- Season simply (salt works beautifully; pepper optional).
- Sear all sides quickly — rotate cubes every few seconds to caramelise evenly.
- Cook until lightly browned outside but still juicy inside.
- Rest briefly (1–2 minutes) before serving.

Heat pan to high until just smoking.

Add cubes and sear each side firmly, keeping the heat high for good browning.

Optional: baste with a small knob of butter or Wagyu fat + garlic/herbs for richer aroma and shine.
Tip: Because rib blade cubes have multiple grain directions, short cooking + high heat creates the most tender bite. Avoid overcooking — the marbling is designed to melt fast.
