Distinctive Farming & Nutrition
Sir Harry Wagyu cattle are raised in a “business class” feedlot designed for exceptional animal welfare. The state-of-the-art facilities include aerospace-engineered curved-roof sheds that offer a cool, dry, and low-stress environment, complete with rainwater capture and eco-friendly bedding systems that minimize environmental impact and methane emissions

Citrus-Infused Diet
A signature element of Sir Harry Wagyu is its innovative feeding program. The cattle receive a thoughtfully balanced diet combining grains, such as wheat, barley, and corn, with citrus pulp (including orange peel), which typically makes up about 20% of their feed. This unique approach not only reduces food waste by repurposing locally sourced citrus but also enhances meat quality by enriching it with antioxidants like α-tocopherol (vitamin E) and monounsaturated fats, resulting in tenderness, flavor depth, and a lower fat melting point.
Ethical & Sustainable Practices
All cattle are raised under a 100% shed system, ensuring comfort and low stress throughout their lives, which supports both welfare and consistent meat quality.
The operation's commitment to sustainability extends across the board, from water conservation via rainwater harvesting to compostable bedding and reduced waste, making Sir Harry Wagyu an exemplar of responsible and future-oriented agriculture.
