Sir Harry Wagyu
A heritage-rich, family-owned Australian brand renowned for exquisite marbling, a citrus-fed flavour and unwavering standards of animal welfare and sustainability.
The brand
Heritage, citrus and craft
Sir Harry Wagyu is raised in the historic Canning Downs South under the stewardship of the Shaw family, blending tradition and innovation to deliver an indulgent and responsible culinary experience unlike any other.
The citrus-enhanced diet produces Wagyu with rich marbling that melts effortlessly, delivering an indulgently buttery texture and a subtle sweetness — beef that excels in both taste and mouthfeel.
- Versatile, refined cuts — from MB 4–5 Tomahawks and stir-fry cuts to MB 6–7 premium ribeye.
- Exceptional marbling that melts effortlessly for a buttery, sweet finish.
Citrus-infused diet
A signature feeding program
The cattle receive a thoughtfully balanced diet combining grains — wheat, barley and corn — with citrus pulp (including orange peel), which typically makes up about 20% of their feed.
This unique approach reduces food waste by repurposing locally sourced citrus and enhances meat quality, enriching it with antioxidants like α-tocopherol (vitamin E) and monounsaturated fats — for tenderness, flavour depth and a lower fat melting point.
