We deliver Tuesday through Saturday; we do not deliver on Sunday and Monday.

COLD CHAIN DELIVERY ASURRANCE (Tuesday-Saturday)

All our products are delivered through full cold chain logistics, ensuring they stay fresh and safe from our warehouse to your door.

Please ensure you select the correct shipping address on the checkout page.

All orders received before 1:00 PM (AEST) will be dispatched the next day, from Tuesday to Saturday, unless a specific future delivery date is selected using the dropdown calendar on the Basket page. Deliveries are available Tuesday through Saturday. We don’t do deliveries on Monday or Sunday.

All orders are prepared fresh daily. Please note that specific delivery times may vary, as they depend on the volume of orders and traffic conditions on the day of delivery.

Hence, please be prepared to receive your delivery anytime from 10am - 8pm on your selected delivery date.

If you have a special occasion or event that requires delivery at a particular time, please click here to contact us in advance before checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

CHANGES TO YOUR DELIVERY 

Any attempt to change your delivery address or divert your parcel once it has been dispatched is done so at your own risk.  Please make sure all delivery information is correct when placing your order.  We cannot be liable for loss or delay of parcels whereby the customer has requested to change the delivery address whilst their order is in transit. This includes the request made to deliver to a pick-up shop. 

Choosing the option of 'leave in a safe place' is done at your own risk. We cannot be liable for theft or spoilage of goods whereby you were not available to personally receive them on the day you requested on the calendar.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING is currently only available for Sydney-wide. All orders must be a minimum of $120 in order to qualify for free shipping. Ozwagyu reserves the right to cancel any orders in the event any or orders have any issues or are fraudulent. 

For Apartment Buildings, Condominiums, and such buildings, the shipment may be left by the courier at the front desk or with security. If so, it is your responsibility to get the shipment from them in a timely manner before the product spoils. We recommend getting it right away to put in a fridge &/or freezer.

We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is entered as the address, you will be responsible for the order, and NO REFUND will be issued to any orders shipped to PO Boxes for any issues at all.

Also, in cases where product is sold by the weight, i.e., kilograms or pounds, we will do our best to get the weight as close as possible to the weight ordered. In some cases, it may be impossible to ship the exact amount, but it will be within a reasonable and acceptable variance.

*With all shipments, we do ask you to have someone available to sign off on the order. It is crucial to put your order in the fridge or freezer, depending on whether it is fresh or frozen, right away. If no one is home or at work to sign off, the order will be left at your door. It will be your responsibility if the product becomes too warm, thawed out, or stolen. It is Your Responsibility to receive the order, or else please do not place an order.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer-related reasons—such as no one being available to receive the order and no safe place around the premises to leave the box—the loss or cost of redelivery fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend ensuring someone is available at the delivery address or that a clearly safe and accessible drop-off location is provided during checkout.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer-related reasons — such as no one being available and no safe place to leave the box — the cost of redelivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend ensuring someone is available at the delivery address or providing a clearly safe and accessible drop-off location during checkout.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
If you’re not home, the courier may leave your order in a safe, shaded location as instructed at checkout. However, MeatBoys cannot be held responsible for any spoilage or theft once delivery is completed.
Do you deliver outside of Sydney?
At this time, we deliver Sydney-wide. For regional NSW or interstate delivery, please contact us — we’re happy to discuss custom delivery options for large or wholesale orders.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes — you can contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery to reschedule. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot make any changes.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes. We use environmentally friendly insulated packaging that can be recycled where facilities exist. Please check your local recycling guidelines.
